Certificate Awarding Ceremony of 60th batch of trainees at Technical Training Centre was held on 28th September 2016 at Hall of International Angel Association Complex. Ismat Ara was presented as chief guest who is the Doctor  for  Bangladesh Military. She congratulate them and thanks to Japanese Volunteer member who support Bangladesh Women.
