Message

I am glad to learn that the International Angel Association, a Japanese funded voluntary Organization in Bangladesh is going to celebrate its 25th anniversary on 5th December 2010. I congratulate the organization on this occasion.

I am happy to note that the organization is serving broadly in education sector. They do this through students’ help program and constructing school buildings. They also provide training to women in technical course on tailoring, embroidered quilt (Nakshi Kantha), agriculture and livestock. Also people from the program area are routinely benefited from the organization’s health care service which comprises consultancy and diagnosis. They also have an orphanage (Shishu Sadan) from which orphans are trained to be self-reliant.

I appreciate the activities of this organization in our district and take this opportunity to thank the Japanese people for making the efforts of this organization a laudable success.
